We aim to be a health leader by taking a proactive approach to health and well-being at work.

Wellness and flexible working

We encourage work-life balance, exercise and a long-term focus on health. All employees are offered a wellness allowance and regular health check-ups.

Hemsö applies a flexible working method. This means that the employee’s main workplace is one of Hemsö’s offices, but working at another location, such as from home, is also permitted. At Hemsö, our common goals are in focus and we work together across national, regional and departmental boundaries to achieve them.
