The Hemsö-flower combines our own expertise within public properties with our tenants’ business knowledge and research linked to the elderly and rooms for care.
The leaves describe important dimensions for a nursing home, such as concern for the staff or how we create greater participation in the surrounding society. In close collaboration with the operators, we want to give each resident the opportunity to do their best based on their conditions and priorities.
The tool serves as support and inspiration, from early dialogues in new production to further development of existing homes for the elderly. It is continuously developed through the systematic transfer of knowledge and experience
