SUSTAINABILITY CONTROLLER

Mehri Mir

In 2022, we were pleased to welcome Mehri Mir as Sustainability Controller at Hemsö.

Mehri Mir, sustainability controller at Hemsö

In Mehri’s role as sustainability controller, she helps Hemsö to set the right ambitions and targets for its sustainability work. The job also includes developing processes to be able to report in accordance with future legal requirements from the EU. The vision is for Hemsö to become a leader in sustainability among public sector properties. Our ambitious sustainability work will inspire the entire industry. And that as a result, we live up to Agenda 2030 and the Paris Agreement.

Mehri has worked as a sustainability economist at Systembolaget and most recently as a senior sustainability advisor at the consulting firm Narva.

– “It was while working at Narva that I came into contact with Hemsö. I liked Hemsö’s ambitions and the fact that they take sustainability work seriously. I also like working with community property, which is of great importance to many people.
