I work as a project manager, which means that I am responsible for our development projects from start to finish during the implementation phase. My role is about ensuring that we deliver projects on budget, on time and to quality standards. This includes planning, managing resources, following up on quality and risks, reporting – and not least creating team spirit in the project team.
The best thing about my job is that I get to work with so many different people with different competences. It’s a great feeling when we reach our goals together!
I also love building a strong team that can solve challenges and sharing the joy with the tenant when they move into the new premises we created for them. It’s both fun and incredibly rewarding!
