As Head of Transactions, I am responsible for the company’s acquisitions and divestments of properties throughout Sweden. I evaluate investment proposals and work with business generation in collaboration with other property companies, municipalities and various stakeholders. The work of driving successful transactions is done in close collaboration with my colleagues, both within the transaction team and with other departments in the company.
The best thing about my job is the exchange with my fantastic colleagues, both in Sweden and in other countries, is what matters most. Within the team, we work together from idea to realised deal, we have a strong team spirit and a lot of fun. The work is varied with both strategic issues and practical execution. And of course, it’s always a pleasure to finish a deal.
