Therese Tell

Therese tells us about her role as property manager at Hemsö.

I work as a property manager. This means I’m responsible for ensuring that our properties run smoothly and that our tenants receive the best possible service. I lead refurbishment projects, manage maintenance projects and ensure that all issues are dealt with by the right person.

My role is to be the spider in the web for property issues so that our businesses can focus on their operations.

The best part of my job is working with the tenants to create fit-for-purpose premises that meet their needs in the best possible way, while safeguarding our long-term relationships.
