Hemsö issues a 15 year 50 million EUR bond

2018-01-18 - Non-regulatory information

Hemsö has issued EUR 50 million under the company’s EMTN programme. The bond has a term of 15 years with a credit margin of 0.80 per cent over the mid swap rate and carries a fixed annual coupon of 2.00 per cent.

Hemsö has the last year issued EUR 135 million and SEK 150 million with maturities between 15 to 20 years.
