Hemsö issues bond with a term of 15 years

Hemsö has issued EUR 35 million under the company’s EMTN programme. The bond has a term of 15 years with a credit margin of 0.80 per cent over the mid swap rate and carries a fixed annual coupon of 1.80 per cent. The issue is Hemsö’s second issue in the euro market and first bond with a term of more than 10 years.

– The long term nature of the bond is part of an explicit strategy to extend the maturity of Hemsö’s loan portfolio, says Jonas Rosengren, Group Treasurer.
