Hemsö’s shareholders make an additional equity injection of SEK 1.0 billion
- Non-regulatory informationHemsö’s shareholders have decided to make an additional equity injection of SEK 1.0 billion to increase the investment capacity whilst keeping a stable capital structure. The capital will be injected during the third quarter 2021.
“Including the equity injection this year, Hemsö’s owners have since 2019 injected SEK 3 billion which has enabled new investments in particularly the development of new schools and nursing homes. During 2019 and 2020, Hemsö has in total invested over SEK 13 billion in social infrastructure, during the same time as the company's loan-to-value ratio has decreased. This would not have been possible without the strong and long-term support we receive from our owners,” says Rutger Källén, Deputy CEO and CFO, Hemsö.
