Start / Urban development areas

Urban development areas

Hemsö is creating modern, purpose-built premises for health, education and care in several urban development projects. This involves developing everything from preschool places to nursing homes and premises for advanced research and education.

Karlastaden

Karlastaden is a neighbourhood under development at Lindholmen in Gothenburg, Sweden. Around 20,000 homes, offices, shops, schools and other services are planned. The vision is a district full of life and movement throughout the day, less than ten minutes by public transport from Gothenburg city centre.

Capella

The Capella project is a collaboration between Serneke, which developed Karlastaden and runs the construction projects, and Hemsö, which will manage and own the public property.

Södra Källtorp

Södra Källtorp is a neighbourhood close to nature in Västerås, next to the Källtorp residential area. The vision has been to create an area with good public services and good communications.
