Om Lanthem
Lanthem is a property company owned in equal parts by Hemsö and Lantmännen Fastigheter. The company was founded in 2017 and has since then invested in, developed and managed public properties throughout Sweden.
By combining Hemsö’s specialist expertise in public sector properties with Lantmännen Fastigheter’s local presence and property management organisation, Lanthem creates modern and fit-for-purpose environments. Lanthem operates across a broad spectrum of public sector properties and essential public services, such as schools, care homes, healthcare and social care facilities, the judiciary and other public sector operations. Through locally rooted management and a long-term ownership perspective, Lanthem creates safe and sustainable environments for the activities carried out in its properties.
Its operations comprise both new projects and the acquisition of existing properties. Through active ownership and close collaboration with tenants, local authorities and other stakeholders, Lanthem contributes to attractive and well-functioning local communities.
The property portfolio is located in central and southern Sweden, as well as on Gotland, in areas where the owners can offer a local presence and a close relationship with tenants.
