Health care building in Ystad

Hemsö has signed long-term leases with two well-established healthcare operators in the new community property in the Arena area of Ystad.

A growing city district

Folktandvården Skåne and Praktikertjänst will both establish themselves in this growing neighbourhood, which was previously an industrial area and is now being transformed into a modern and centrally located site next to Ystad Arena.

Folktandvården Skåne will lease approximately 900 square metres of premises, while Praktikertjänst will have 600 square metres at its disposal for a health centre and BVC. The lease agreements extend over 15 and 10 years respectively. The project was started in January 2024 and occupancy will take place in summer 2025.
