Hemsö continuously develops premises and properties for public services with a focus on sustainability. Renovations and extensions are continuously carried out in Hemsö's existing portfolio to meet the ongoing needs of tenants. Older, outdated properties are converted to modern premises for new purposes. Hemsö conducts project development entirely in-house, but also in collaboration with partner companies. We enter development projects as an active partner together with the tenant and construction contractor.
