Start / Projects / Nursing home in Bredäng

Nursing home in Bredäng

Hemsö is developing a climate-smart nursing home, a short-term home and an LSS home in Bredäng, in southern Stockholm. A 15-year lease has been signed with Attendo for the nursing home.

The retirement home covers 4 200 square metres of lettable area and is planned for 62 residents. The LSS home and short-term care home comprise 1,650 square metres of lettable area and are planned for 6 and 14 apartments respectively. Attendo is the tenant for the nursing home with a 15-year lease. For the letting of the LSS home and short-term care home, dialogues with several parties are ongoing.

Hemsö’s ambition is to certify the property according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. We are also endeavouring to minimise CO2 emissions by investing in climate-smart solutions and building entirely in wood.

Construction will start in the first quarter of 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in spring 2025.
